Buggyfit is the original and largest buggy workout network in the UK. Trainers are qualified to look after pre and postnatal clients and ensure classes offer mums the best results while having loads of fun.

You'll meet like minded mums who could soon become new friends and support during this phase of your life. Not to mention the gorgeous little ones who will grow, learn and play together maybe for years to come.

Sessions are offered for women with babies and children and tailored to enable you to exercise safely without having to leave the little one at home. Workout class which is good for you where the little ones come too !

Using a combination of cardio, strength and toning exercises, Buggyfit classes are varied, fun and are specifically designed to strengthen and tone muscles the weakened during pregnancy. Classes are focused on restoring your core first before progressing you to more intensive or loaded exercises.

Soon after having a baby, returning to or starting exercise is undoubtedly beneficial but this needs to be done carefully and slowly. NO! Leaking urine after having a baby is not normal and yes it is a problem. Back pain could be a result of a weak core. High impact exercise, such as running and bootcamp, too soon after having a baby can result in prolapse, pelvic pain, back pain, incontinence and a worsening of stretch weaknesses.

Make the right choices and do the right thing for your body when looking at which postnatal exercise classes to attend. You would allow a broken leg the time it needs to heal and restore, allow your core and postnatal body the same. After all, it did just give you the most precious gift of all.

You need to be at least six weeks post birth and cleared to exercise by your GP having had your six week check. A health questionnaire needs to be completed before your first class, I will include the link to the form in an email.

Before your first class you will need to have a 'Tummy Check' appointment. This is charged at £20. More information regarding the tummy check appointment can be found here.

Buggyfit is a great way to get back in shape after your new arrival. My classes give you a way of getting out with your baby while both of you get some fresh air. Programmes are suitable whether you regularly exercise or are just starting out.

Currently, there is no need to book ahead and classes run all year around so you are welcome to come and go as you please. Classes can be purchased in single pay as you go sessions or you can purchase a Good for Mums Class Pass.
