What is Foot Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, correspond with different areas of the body.
Reflexologists work holistically and alongside traditional healthcare to promote better overall health for their clients.
Reflexology is a therapy which can be received by anyone at any age, babies to those receiving end of life care. However, there may occasionally be times when it is not suitable to provide a treatment.
Some of the benefits of Reflexology are, relaxation, pain reduction, improved blood flow and overall circulation, impact on conditions such as blood pressure and asthma. It compliments traditional healthcare and offers benefits to a persons mental health, research demonstrates that reflexology can help to reduce depression and anxiety.

What is Ear Candling – Thermo-Auricular Therapy?
An ancient, non-invasive complementary therapy designed to help treat conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat.
It is a technique that involves placing a hollow, cone-shaped tube (or ‘candle’) made of cotton, soaked in beeswax, honey and herbs into the ear canal in order to stimulate the ear and facilitate the removal of excess wax and impurities.
Thermo-auricular therapy is particularly good for conditions such as sinus problems, compacted ear wax, tinnitus and headaches. Ear candling can also be used to promote deep relaxation and is thought to have therapeutic benefits which can help to relieve stress. More information can be found here.
